New Patients

Your first visit to Advanced Foot and Ankle Surgeons, Inc establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor.  To understand what to expect for you first visit to our practice, please read through this page.  You’ll find all the practical information you need, such as a map and directions to our office, practice hours, payment policies and more.  You can even save some time at you first visit by printing out and completing the patient forms in advance of you appointment.  Please note that we require all new patients to arrive 20 minutes early to fill out their new patient forms and other office forms.

We evaluate your condition and discuss appropriate treatment options whether it's conservative treatment or surgical intervention. We feel it's our job to educate our patients so they can make the decision that's best for them.

Driving Directions

Sycamore Office:  Conveniently on Oakland Drive located down the street from Hy-Vee Grocery Store and Ollie’s Frozen Custard and in the same complex as Dolce Vita Salon and Day Spa.

Yorkville Office:  Conveniently down from Old Second Bank on Countryside Parkway in the northwest corner of 47 and Route 34.  Countryside parkway is one stoplight North of Route 34 on Route 47.  We are located in the same building as the MCAI (Midwest Center for Advanced Imaging), west of Yorkville Family Practice Building (All the way to the right when you pull into the parking lot).
